Hapiness is found within, not without. Unhapiness is also not the result of things coming or going outside ourselves. Unhappiness is not caused by people, places, things, situations or circumstances. Unhapiness is actually caused by negative thoughts about people, places, things, situations or circumstances. Negative thoughts are the real cause of unhapiness. Reality is not the problem- thinking is.
It is the stories you tell yourself about the reality that make it appear to be a problem sometimes. All problems are actually mind-created.
