You need load shedding

WEDNESDAY WITH LORD JESUS

Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ,

Anxiety is like carrying a heavy backpack filled with stones. Each worry—about family, health, money, or the future—adds another rock. No wonder we feel tired and discouraged. But Jesus never asked us to walk through life bent under such weight. He says, “Give it to Me. I care for you.”
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

Imagine a traveler who, upon meeting a strong helper, refuses to drop his load, insisting he can manage. That is often what we do—holding our fears tightly instead of handing them over to Christ. Peace begins the moment we let go of what we cannot carry and place it into His hands.

Jesus cares—not in theory, but personally, deeply, and daily. Your worries are not too small for Him, nor too many. Lay them down and walk lighter, knowing His care never fails.

Lord Jesus, I give You my worries today. Thank You for caring for me more than I can imagine. Help me walk in Your peace. Amen.
Prayerful regards,
