What are you putting into Life?
Hey dear young friends in Christ,
We often measure a successful life by what we get—good grades, money, recognition, friends, fun, achievements, and a comfortable future. But Paul measured his life differently. For him, life was not about what he could gain from it, but what he could give to God through it.
“But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus.”
— Acts 20:24
Paul knew that God had entrusted him with a mission: to tell others about the wonderful grace of God. His greatest satisfaction was not in what the world could offer him, but in faithfully completing what Jesus had given him to do.
Dear beloved children, ask yourself today: “Am I only trying to get something from life, or am I also putting something meaningful into it?” Your time, talents, kindness, faith, and love can become gifts to God and blessings to others.
A life becomes truly meaningful when we stop asking, “What can I get?” and begin asking, “Lord, what can I give?”
What Are You Putting Into Life?
Jesus loves you!
