Let go...
WEDNESDAY WITH LORD JESUS
Grace and peace to you in the Name of Lord Jesus Christ!
Dear Bretheren in Christ,
"Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." — Colossians 3:13 (NIV)
Reflection:
Forgiveness is a powerful act of grace, yet forgetting the hurt can be difficult. While we may not always erase painful memories, we can choose to release the burden of resentment. God calls us to forgive as He has forgiven us—completely and unconditionally. Holding onto bitterness keeps us trapped, but when we let go, we make room for healing and peace.
Forgetting doesn’t mean the pain never happened; it means we refuse to let it control us. When we surrender our hurts to God, He brings restoration and renewal to our hearts.
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your endless mercy and grace. Teach me to forgive as You have forgiven me. Help me release any bitterness and trust in Your healing power. Fill my heart with love, peace, and the strength to move forward.
In Your Holy Name we pray, Amen.
Prayerful regards,
