If God is for me...

 Wednesday with Jesus

Dear Bretheren in Christ,
There are moments when life feels surrounded—by problems we cannot solve, people who oppose us, circumstances we cannot control, and anxieties that become louder in the silence of the night. But Paul reminds us of a powerful truth: “If God Is for Us, Who Can Be Against Us?”  Romans 8:31

This does not mean that we will never face opposition, suffering, or difficult seasons. It means that no opposition can have the final word over a life held by God. The presence of enemies does not cancel the presence of God.
Look at Jesus. The Father did not keep Him from the cross, but He sustained Him through suffering and transformed the cross into victory. The same God stands beside you today—in your stress, your struggles, your disappointments, and your late-night anxieties.

So when fear whispers, “You cannot make it,” let faith answer, “God is with me.” When circumstances say, “It is over,” let hope declare, “God is still working.”

You may feel surrounded, but you are never abandoned. You may be weak, but you are not alone. You may not know what tomorrow holds, but God holds tomorrow.

Today, preach this to your heart:
“God is for me. I will not live in fear. I will not surrender to anxiety. I belong to Christ, and His love will never let me go.”

If God is for us, who can finally prevail against us?
Walk into this day with courage—not because everything is easy, but because God is with you.
