Hey dear young friends in Christ,

"And the very hairs on your head are all numbered. So don't be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows." — Luke 12:7

As teenagers, it's easy to feel that your value depends on your grades, appearance, talents, or the number of friends and followers you have. The world often measures people by performance, but God measures you by His love.

Jesus says that God even knows the number of hairs on your head. That means He knows everything about you and cares deeply for every part of your life. If He watches over the sparrows, He certainly watches over you.

Your worth is not decided by people's opinions or your latest success or failure. Your value comes from the fact that you belong to God. He created you, loves you, and proved your worth by giving His Son, Jesus Christ, for you.

So don't let comparison or fear control your heart. When you see yourself through God's eyes, you can face every challenge with confidence. Remember, you are deeply known, completely loved, and incredibly valuable to God. Let His opinion be the one that shapes your identity.
